- Owen Neil Govender (ONG) acts as a community liaison and independent consultant; we are not a replacement for emergency services (10111).
- ONG reserves the right to share report details with the South African Police Service (SAPS) or relevant municipal bodies to ensure public safety.
3. Professional Services & Consultations
Engagement with ONG's business ecosystem (SecureSpaces, SolvedWithAI, etc.) is subject to separate service-level agreements. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract for specific security or technical outcomes unless explicitly signed in a project proposal.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Owen Neil Govender be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the "10m Space" initiative or our reporting portal. While we strive to improve community safety, we do not guarantee absolute prevention of crime or harassment.
5. Intellectual Property
The "10m Space" concept, the ONG.LIFE brand, and all custom code and designs on this site are the intellectual property of Owen Neil Govender. Unauthorized reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would constitute a criminal offense. We reserve the right to terminate access to the portal for users who abuse the reporting system.
7. Governing Law
